The Embassy of the United States in Reykjavik, Iceland intends to procure the equipment, materials, tools and services necessary for the Installation and Maintenance of a New Residential Monitoring System as specified in the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation. Contractors are required to supply, install, and train embassy personnel on the usage of, hardware and software for (1) an embassy-monitored brand name or equivalent Central Alarm Monitoring System (CAMS) and (2) an embassy-monitored, high-resolution IP Camera Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) system, and respective monitoring/recording systems at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) located at Sólvallagata 14, 101 Reykjavik. These systems will be monitored in real-time, 24/7, by embassy Local Guard Force personnel posted on-site at the CMR and may be monitored by Regional Security Office (RSO) personnel remotely. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued in accordance with FAR Part 13. In accordance with FAR 13.004(a), a quotation is not an offer and does not obligate the Government. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under any resulting purchase order or contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time prior to the award.

This is a fixed-price, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract with one base year and a single one-year option. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be evaluated. The Government plans to issue the solicitation during the month of October 2025. Note: The response date is not a firm date, please see the Request for Quote (RFQ) for the actual date. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database at https://www.sam.gov at time of quote/proposal submission and provide evidence thereof pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
