If you would like to submit quotation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 18 that follows this letter. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal site visit on Tuesday May 23, 2023, 10 a.m. (local time). Interested offerors should confirm attendance by emailing TheHagueContracts@state.gov no later than Friday May 19, 2023. Proposals are due by June 6, 2023, at 10 a.m. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
