PR11934903: Amendment to Request for Quotation for “Hotel Accommodation” for U.S Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Public Affairs Section of the Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh seeks a hotel accommodation in a secured area, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All literature and discussions pertaining to this project will be in the English language. Any translations if desired by the offerors must be made at their expense. Check-in Oct 22, 2023 – Check-out Oct 27, 2023 - Quantity: 1 - 5 Nights 2. Suite with a pull-out couch or roll away bed. Check-in Oct 22, 2023 – Check-out Oct 27, 2023 - Quantity: 1 - 5 Nights 3. Suite (standard) Check-in Oct 22, 2023 – Check-out Oct 27, 2023 - Quantity: 1 - 5 Nights 4. Double room (standard) Check-in Oct 22, 2023 – Check-out Oct 27, 2023 - Quantity: 1 - 5 Nights 5. Regular room (single standard) Check-in Oct 22, 2023 – Check-out Oct 27, 2023 - Quantity: 12 - 60 Nights Proposal Submission: The proposal must be submitted by email at RiyadhContracting@state.gov, on or before 17:00 Hrs., Thursday, September 07, 2023. No proposal will be accepted after this time. Technical Requirements: The proposal shall meet all the requirements contained herein. The offerors shall provide with their proposal, at a minimum, in written English the following information. Hotel should be in metropolitan area in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Offeror should provide the evidence that hotel can facilitate the requirement of two (2) bathrooms in Executive suite. Offeror should provide the evidence that hotel can facilitate the requirement of pull-out couch and roll away bed in Executive suite. The hotel must be minimum five star. The offeror must provide confirmation of booking for the nights requested in this requirement up to two (2) weeks prior to occupancy date. The offeror must ensure that there is no cancellation fee in case contract is not awarded or cancelled. The offeror must ensure that there will be no extra cost in case of any change in schedule. Other requirements: A proposal MUST be dated, signed, and valid for 30 calendar days from submittal to the Embassy. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them (if the project price exceeds $10,000). If the offeror is not registered in the SAM, it may do so through the SAM website via goggle chrome at https://www.sam.gov (also see attached quick start guide for international entity registration in SAM). All proposals and other correspondence must be in English language. Contract award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open completion procedures. The period of performance (one time event) If offeror is operating in KSA the offeror must provide evidence that the offeror operates an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing and is registered to conduct business in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All foreign entities are eligible to bid for this requirement. Responsibility will be determined by analyzing whether the apparent successful offeror complies with the requirement of FAR subpart 9.1 including: Ability to comply with the required performance period, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments. Satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. Provide evidence of necessary organization experience, and skills or the ability to obtain them. Provide evidence of necessary equipment and facilities or the ability to obtain them; and Offeror should be qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations. Payment will be transferred directly to company account after completion of services. Competition: Contract award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. The Contracting Officer intends to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding any further discussions.
