This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Department of State, Office of Acquisitions Management is conducting market research to determine the availability and abilities of firms, particularly small business firms that can produce independent, full scope evaluations consistent with the standards specified in the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency’s (CIGIE) Quality Standards for Inspection and Evaluation.
