This is a notification that an award was made IAW 41 41 U.S.C. 4103 and 4106 as implemented by FAR, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). The Services requested in Limited Sources Justification For Multiple Award Schedule Program are for a follow on task order with Level 3 Telecom Holding, LLC against their GSA Schedule contract vehicle # GS-35F-0426R for one year to the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (DS/EX/CTO) for their requirement to provide Internet Services and related Other Direct Costs (ODC) within the specifications below on a task order level throughout the United States to successfully support the DS mission.
