In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b) (2) (i), this notice is issued for the purpose of conducting market research. Market research is being conducted to determine if there are potential business with the capacity and experience to perform the required work. This notice is not to be misconstrued as a Request for Proposal or Quotation. All information received in response to this Request for Information/Sources Sought that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. Information provided in response to this RFI is submitted voluntarily and is not being requested as part of a solicitation for actual pricing. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals/quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Request for Information (RFI).
