Only one submission is required. The Department of Labor (DOL) is committed to the mental wellbeing of its workforce and is looking to provide a comprehensive mental health overview training for managers and supervisors. Therefore, this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is being used to verify qualified sources and obtain capabilities and other market to identify vendors interested in being considered to provide Mental Health Training for its managers and supervisors. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does NOT constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue one in the future. This notice does not commit the Government to the acquisition of any supply/service. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a Contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with the submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred for responses to this notice. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted, or competition-sensitive information contained in their response. PART I: A copy of the sources sought notice and draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) are attached as additional information for preparing a Capabilities Statement and response to this Sources Sought Notice (SSN/RFI).
