Combined Synopsis / Solicitation Limestone Cleaning and Repair Services Department of Labor (DOL) Business Operations Center (BOC) Solicitation Number: BOC-GRAFFITI-REMOVAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation information is as follows: (1.) Solicitation Number: BOC-GRAFFITI-REMOVAL This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (2.) The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02 November 23, 2020. (3.) The requirement shall be posted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 712120 - Historical Sites. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 712120 is 7.5 million dollars. The requirement for Limestone Cleaning and Repair Services shall be competed utilizing “Full and Open Competition”. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Please refer to Combined Synopsis Solicitation - BOC-GRAFFITI-REMOVAL for all instructions, conditions, notices, and general guidance related to this procurement. Offerors are expected to thoroughly review and comply with the attached solicitation. Failure to do so will be at the Offeror's own risk. Please note the following due dates related to Combined Synopsis Solicitation - BOC-GRAFFITI-REMOVAL: 1. THE DUE DATE FOR QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS CONCERNING THIS RFP is MONDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2020, 11:00 AM EST. 2. ALL PROPOSAL VOLUMES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GOVERNMENT BY 2:00 PM EST TIME ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2020. 3. The following documents are attached in support of this Request for Proposal (RFP): A.
