This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Educational Policy and Development - National Mine Academy is to provide procure services to perform annual inspections, recharge, and hydrostatic testing of portable fire extinguishers. The Contractor will provide labor, equipment, materials, supervision, permits, licensure, and any other incidentals to inspect the approximately 180 portable fire extinguishers; recharge eight (8) 20-lbs ABC dry chemical fire extinguishers, recharge twenty-four (24) 5-lbs ABC portable fire extinguishers, recharge thirteen (13) 10-lbs ABC portable fire extinguishers, recharge eight (8) 20-lbs ABC portable fire extinguishers, and hydrostatic test two (2) portable fire extinguishers.
