This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure Small Rocket Lift Device (SRLD), Self-Contained Self-Rescuers (SCSR' s), Disposal, and SLRD Pouches for the Mine Safety and Health Administration's Enforcement Division. The U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), intends to establish a Firm Fixed Priced Order with a Contractor that can provide all items and delivery specifications as set forth in the details provided in the attached Product Specifications. A contract will be awarded to the contractor that is found responsible, responsive to the solicitation, meets the requirement specifications, and provides a fair and reasonable price. This requirement is being competed in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for this requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334513 -Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables.
