The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services in accordance with the RFQ and attached PWS. This requirement will be evaluated using the Best Value Trade-off Process. Questions will be accepted until September 18, 2023 at 9:00AM EST and should be submitted to britton.maria.m@dol.gov with a cc to Worrells.deborah@dol.gov on Attachment 02 - QA Log. Quotes are due on September 21, 2023 at 09:00AM EST. 9/20: Amendment 0001 - Incorporate the Q&A Log to include the responses to vendor questions.
