This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The Department of Labor is currently seeking sources for Radon Monitoring Equipment. Respondents shall submit their responses in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). In responding to this Sources Sought Notice, respondents should submit their responses to britton.maria.m@dol.gov Pelase use the Q&A Log to submit questions to britton.maria.m@dol.gov. Questions should be submitted by 2:00PM EST on March 15, 2022. All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than Friday, April 01, 2022 at 2:00PM EST.
