All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Salt Lake Technical Center (SLTC) seeks information/sources from qualified contractors that can provide a Gas Chromatography Instrument equipped with both a Nitrogen/Phosphorus Detector and a Flame Ionization Detector for the analysis of samples submitted by Compliance Safety and Health Officers (CSHOs) evaluating worker exposure to hazardous compounds. The specifications and instructions are in the attachment. Firms must submit their responses to Ericka Graham, graham.ericka@dol.gov no later than Friday, March 11, 2022 at 5:00pm EST.
