The purpose of Amendment 2 (attached hereto) is to extend the due date for quotes from September 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM to Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 3:00 PM. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 1 (attached hereto) is to clarify the quote due date is September 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., not September 19, 2023 which was inadvertently shown on Pg. 18 of the solicitation. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ The U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety & Health Administration, Approval & Certification Center's Deisel Laboratory is in need of a Combustion Air Handling Unit. The place of performance will be Triadelphia, West Virginia. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The attached solicitation, 1605C4-23-Q-00081, is a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-05. (iv) This requirement is unrestricted and the associated NAICS code is 333415, Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Please thoroughly read the attached Request for Quotation and Performance Work Statement to fully understand the scope of the project.
