Amendment 00002 The response date has been extended until 5/22/24 at 4:00PM ET. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to provide the responces to submitted questions (see "A19-Attachment 3 Questions and Answers - final.pdf"). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), Office of Administration Services (OAS) on behalf of the U.S. DOL Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (U.S. DOL OWCP), Division of Federal Employees’, Longshore, and Harbor Workers’ Compensation (DFELHWC), Branch of Hearings and Review (BHR) intends to award one (1) Fixed-price Purchase Order for Court Reporting, Transcription, and Stenography Services for hearings throughout the USA and its territories. The objective is to obtain a qualified, experienced, and certified Court Reporter service to ensure a complete record of verbal testimony given during various proceedings, such as fact-findings, review boards, hearings, administrative investigations, depositions, and other legal proceedings requiring a transcribed record for Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA) claims. The Contractor shall provide verbatim reporting and transcribing transcripts on an as-needed basis, such as for medical accommodations, these services shall be provided at various locations in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Contractors will be required to assign reporters to perform all work in a business-like manner and in accordance with requirements at the highest standards of the reporting profession. The contractor shall, at all times, provide promptly as many competent reporters and stenographers as required at the time, date, and place designated. The contractor shall also maintain such staff and equipment as may be necessary for the prompt recording of proceedings and the furnishing of satisfactory transcripts which shall conform to the requirements. The period of performance is anticipated to be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months and two (2) 12-month Option Periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code associated with Court Reporting and Stenotype Services is 561492. Potential offerors will be responsible for submitting the signed solicitation and related amendments. The Government will not maintain a mailing list.
