The work involves services for the design and construction of two new exterior concrete stairs between Buildings A/B and B/C connecting the lower level of the campus to the upper level of the campus at the New Hampshire Job Corps Center. The work includes, but is not limited to, miscellaneous site improvements in the form of general excavation, regrading around the stairs, landscaping, installation of new concrete exterior stairs, and exterior site lighting. An Organized Site Visit is postpone until further notice, but questions may still be submitted via email to stephens.david@dol.gov until 5:00PM EDT on 4/9/2020. However, because of the precautions surrounding the coronavirus, this requirement may be postpone; extended or cancelled at any time until futher notice. This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business competition.
