The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified Small Business for the project: Building Installation of Perimeter Foundation Drains and Gym Floor- located at the New Hampshire Job Corps Center in Manchester, New Hampshire. The Work involves design and construction services for the installation of perimeter foundation drains and subsurface drains to capture ground water and surface water runoff and discharge away from the Recreation Center, Building E. The new drains will be tied into the existing storm drain system at the New Hampshire Job Corps Center. Work also includes the replacement of moldy gypsum wallboard behind the gymnasium bleachers, removal of the existing hardwood gymnasium flooring, preparation of the subfloor concrete floor, installation of high Relative Humidity (RH) topical moisture mitigation epoxy system over the gymnasium concrete slab, and installation of a new wood gymnasium flooring system to match the existing floor system.
