This opportunity is updated to extend the due date to February 10, 2020 at 2:30 pm and to include a site visit. The site visit will take place on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The point of contact will be Victoria Collins from the Office of Job Corps. Ms. Collins will only provide information about the site and will not respond to questions about the RFQ. Caretaker/Vacant Property Services in Gainesville, Florida for the Office of Job Corps This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Number 1630DC-20-Q-00006) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is issued on behalf of the Office of Job Corps (OJC) to provide Vacant Property Care. The requirement is for a Contractor to provide to provide security, facilities and grounds maintenance, and inventory of equipment and property to sustain operational status and prevent damage or deterioration of real property and equipment, as described further in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as part of this RFQ. If you are interested in competing for this effort, you or your team may participate by submitting your quotation in accordance with the procedures in this RFQ. Be advised that all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management website, www.SAM.gov and their registration must be up to date to receive an award. This RFQ is set aside for Small Business only under NAICS 561210, the size standard for which is $38.5 million in average annual receipts. The Period of Performance for this requirement is one 12 month base period with one 12 month option period available to the Government.
