This is a solicitation for a firm fixed price purchase order for room rental, meeting space, and audio/video (A/V) in support of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) OES National LMI Training Meeting to be conducted from May 12-14, 2020 in Kansas City, MO. The Government intends to award using the lowest price technically acceptable method per FAR 12 in accordance with Section L and M of this RFQ. This requirement will result in an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This requirement is unrestricted, NAICS 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. Quotes are due 12:00 PM ET 02/24/2020, with any questions and requests for clarification due in writing to Kelly Graves at Graves.kelly@bls.gov and Chantel Adams at Adams.chantel@bls.gov no later than 12:00 PM ET 02/14/2019. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. If your venue does not have the capacity to host the meeting, no response is required.
