A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor for the period of performance (POP) 12/09/2019 – 12/08/2020. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is based upon a Sole Source/Limited Source/Fair Opportunity Exception defining brand name request to utilize Cisco (manufacturer) as applicable under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(i) – Soliciting Competition – brand name requirement (Attachment). This RFQ is subject to the availability of funds. BLS requests that vendors submit the following in response to this RFQ: An itemized quote with the price breakdown of the maintenance support requirements listed below. The government is requesting best and final contract prices. Please ensure that any quote submitted has the contract price, any additional discounted price, discount percentage, and total amount. Provide a maintenance information sheet with the specifications of the essential maintenance and warranty, include points of contact for the maintenance support (i.e. fixes, patches, website, help desk online and phone, product delivery, etc.). Provide a Government Product Accessibility Template (if applicable) for all products listed in the RFQ. Provide a letter from Cisco verifying the vendor’s status as an authorized reseller. Submission deadline: BLS must receive your quotes by November 22, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. ET. All questions should be submitted no later than November 19, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. ET. BLS may not consider any quote that we receive after the deadline.
