All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), Office of Program Policy, Evaluation and Management (OPPEM), seeks information/sources from qualified contractors that can assist the EBSA training program (ETP) in enhancing the agency's effectiveness and its workforce within three categories of service; Program planning, Content Delivery, and Course Assessment and Evaluation. The requirement and instructions are in the attachment. Firms must submit their responses to Ericka Graham, graham.ericka@dol.gov no later than Friday, February 18, 2022 at 5:00pm EST. Questions regarding this RFI shall be emailed to the above point of contact by Friday, February 4, 2022.
