R is open-source statistical computing languages/environments which make use of packages (code functions) that are developed and maintained by organizations/people everywhere. RStudio Team Enterprise will allow BLS to us R for production purposes in a more controlled environment, making our R software we develop more reliable, accurate, maintainable, reproducible, distributable and secure. This is the second year BLS is creating an acquisition for this software, and we will require an increase in licenses from last year. 1 RStudio Package Manager (Unrestricted Servers, Unlimited Repositories) license. 118 RStudio Workbench Enterprise Named User (Unrestricted Servers) licenses. 192 RStudio Connect Enterprise Named User (Unrestricted Servers) licenses.
