Original Posting: The Department of Labor (DOL) is seeking information from commercial and Federal sources on their capacity to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform program and requirements management support, system testing and analysis, and system security oversight for the ERISA Filing Acceptance System (EFAST) program as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except as Specified in section C-3 as government furnished property and services off-site.
