The U.S. Department of Labor anticipates issuing an RFP on or about October 2026 for contingency operations of Job Corps Centers nationwide, including within U.S. territories. The requirement will be a multiple-award IDIQ contract with eight full-and-open awards and four small-business set-aside awards, under which fixed-price task orders will be placed for short-term contingency operation of any Job Corps Center. The contractor will provide academic, career technical, career success skills, and career development training, related support services, outreach and admissions, and career transition services while ensuring the center meets 100% of planned OBS. Specific center requirements will be defined by individual task orders, and the anticipated contract will have a two-year base period with three one-year option periods. The RFP will be posted on SAM.gov as unrestricted with fixed-price and not-to-exceed CLINs.
