This amendment is to change, make corrections and provide the responses to the Questions. 1) Responses to Request for Clarification questions received are attached to this amendment and incorporated into this solicitation. This attachment can be viewed by opening the amendment in Adobe and clicking on the paperclip icon. 2) Revise Section L.7, Factor 4, number 4) Professional Staff Compensation Plan, to correct FAR Clause 52.222-46; that was erroneously typed incorrectly when the solicitation was posted. 3) Incorporate FAR Clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
