Historic Columbia River Hwy., Troutdale, OR 97060. The associated satellite campus, Partners in Vocational Opportunity Training (PIVOT), is currently located at Montgomery Park, 2701 N.W. Vaughn Street, Suite 151, Portland, OR 97210. The satellite campus will be moving to a new location in the future. The contractor shall also operate the Tongue Point Job Corps Center located at 37573 Highway 30, Astoria, OR 97103-7200.
