The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) has a need for office building construction data and price updates services in accordance with this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. The period of performance is one base period plus four one-year option periods as shown below: Base Period: 8/1/2024 - 5/31/2025 Option Period 1: 6/1/2025-5/31/2026 Option Period 2: 6/1/2026-5/31/2027 Option Period 3: 6/1/2027-5/31/2028 Option Period 4: 6/1/2028-5/31/2029
