Purpose of this Amendment 001 is to provide the Government's response to Industry Questions. Reference attachment titled Amendment 001_ Response to Questions_1605C5-20-N-00001_20200701. This Amendment does not extend the submission deadline. ALL OTHER CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. ******************************************************************************************************* This Sources Sought Notice is issued on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor, Consumer Price Index (CPI) located within the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). BLS’s CPI program requires Telecommunications Datasets. The Telecommunications Datasets required is for coverage in the entire United States (U.S.), covering CPI Primary Sampling Units at a minimum. The proposed acquisition classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (Size Standard of $16.5 Million). If, after reviewing this notice, you desire to participate in this market research request, you should reply via email with the corresponding questionnaire responses and your capabilities statement to Graves.Kelly.2@dol.gov no later than 12:00 pm EST Friday, July 8, 2020. Proprietary information should be clearly marked. All submissions shall be sent via e-mail.
