The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), has a need for TSI Incorporated PortaCount Respirator Fit Testers - Model Number: 8040, in accordance with this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ will result in a single Firm Fixed Price award. The required delivery will be 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures will be utilized. Please read the RFQ in its entirety, including instructions for submitting a quote and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to make an award.
