This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) for a firm-fixed priced purchase order to procure preventive maintenance, inspection, quarterly inspections and annual services for two Cummins diesel generators and one Olympian natural gas generator to include load bank testing and antifreeze change in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and incidentals to perform routine repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and annual services.
