Amendment 0001 revises the SOW, provides Questions and Answers obtained from Site Visit that took place on 22 July 2021 at Mine Safety and Health Administration Academy located in Beaver WV. In addition, Amendment 0001 extends solicitation due date from 30 July 2021 at 5:00 pm (EST) to 3 August 2021 at 5:00 pm (EST). (Amendment 0001 is attached) The Department of Labor, Office of the Secretary Procurement Executive has a requirement for painting and repairs are necessary to maintain the upkeep of the building in support of the Mine Safety and Administration (MSHA), Mine Simulation Laboratory and Academy. Service Description This procurement is to clean, make necessary repairs, prepare the surface, remove and replace two (2) light transmitting wall panels located on the upper portion of two sides of the building, and paint the exterior metal of the Mine Simulation Laboratory (Bldg.
