This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 in conjunction with 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is1605C4-21-Q-00007 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR FAC 2021-05 March 10, 2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315220 - Men's and Boys' Cut and Sew Work Clothing Manufacturing. This requirement is a total small business set aside with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Only qualified Contractors will be considered. Contract line items are outlined within the attached document labeled 1605C4-21-Q-00007. Delivery: The product shall be delivered as call orders are issued. Potential Contractors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with your quote OR be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Please ensure responses 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.225-2 are complete. Quotes must be received by Brandi Brinson, Contract Specialist, no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on June 11, 2021. Quotes will be accepted by e-mail at Brinson.brandi@dol.gov referencing 1605C4-21-Q-00007. Electronic quotes must be submitted in a format compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe. Quotes must include enough information for the Government to make a determination that the Contractor can responsibly deliver the required products. All questions on this requirement must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist by May 13, 2021 at 12:00 PM EST referencing 1605C4-21-Q-00007 in the subject line of the e-mail message. Any questions for which answers can be provided may be conveyed to prospective Vendors by amendment to this RFQ on or around 05/17/2021 without reference as to the originating source.
