This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, and an amended solicitation of a previously issued RFP# 1605C3-25-R-00004, issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 15 procedures for the acquisition of commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), seeks to procure Directed Medical Services in support of the Division of Federal Employees Compensation (DFEC) program. These services are intended for claimants located within the United States, its Possessions, Territories, and Trust Territories. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, facilities, other items, and non-personal services necessary to manage and provide Directed Medical Services for the purpose of establishing one or more of the following: work-related medical diagnoses, disability, and degree of permanent impairment as defined in the attached Solicitation.
