Amendment 0002 The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate new Wage Determination No.: 2022-0010 Revision No.: 8, dated 06/25/2024, into Solicitation 1605C3-24-R-00009 (see "Attach J.4- Region WD - 1605C3-24-R-00009-Updated.xls). The proposal due date and time have been extended to July 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 The submission deadline has been extended until Friday, June 28, 2024 at 05:00 PM Eastern Time. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide responses to submitted questions, as detailed in 'Attachment J2 QA Spreadsheet - consolidated list', 2. Provide updates to the Performance Work Statement (PWS), changes are highlighted in the continuation pages of the Amendment, 3. Incorporate the updated pricing sheet 'J.3. Pricing Template - 1605C3-24-R-00009 - updated', 4. Update the Detailed Management Plan (DMP) overview to reflect current information as shown in 'DMP Overview Updated', 5. Update the List of Proposed Contractor Personnel spreadsheet as shown in 'J.7 List of Proposed Contractor Personnel Template updated.' ________________________________________________ The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (U.S. DOL OWCP) has a requirement for Nurse and Vocational Rehabilitation Case Management Services (NVRS) for the Nurse Intervention Program and Vocational Rehabilitation Program. The Government anticipates awarding a single award fixed priced contract from this solicitation. Questions pertaining to this RFP are due by 5:00 PM EST on 06/07/2024.
