Please monitor SAM.gov as DOL plans to issue a new solicitation with a new solicitation number for this NVRS requirement. The Government appreciates the industry questions submitted for the referenced solicitation. The questions received suggest there are alternative approaches that may inform the new solicitation. Thus, the Government has decided that it is in the best interest to reconsider the approach to obtaining these services. Therefore, to ensure the widest notice to potential offerors of these solicitation changes, this solicitation is hereby cancelled, effective as of the date of this notification and posting. The Department of Labor, Office of Senior Procurement (OSPE), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM) and the Office of Worker’s Compensation appreciate the time and effort to prepare proposals and submit questions in response to the solicitation. We hope all vendors will remain interested and assist us over the next few months as we continue our due diligence to prepare to issue a new solicitation based on revised requirements. We also hope you will consider submitting proposals in response to the revised solicitation. While subject to change, DOL anticipates issuing the new solicitation as soon as practicable. Amendment 10 The purpose for Amendment 0010 is to cancel this Request for Proposal (RFP) #1605C3-24-R-00005. _________________________________________________________ Amendment 9 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the submission date and time for the receipt of proposals until Friday, April 12, 2024, at 4:00pm ET. Please continue to monitor this procurement for the revised solicitation and an updated due date for proposals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 8 The purpose of this amendment is to notify offerors DOL plans to issue a revised solicitation for this procurement. Among other issues, the solicitation revisions will remove various references to monetary penalties in PWS Section 1.6.3. Accordingly, DOL is extending the formal proposal submission date and time to March 29, 2024, at 12:00 pm, to allow more time for DOL to review the solicitation. As part of the amendment with the revised solicitation, DOL will confirm the submission date and time for the receipt of revised proposals.
