Clarify that questions must be submitted in writing via email. Questions submitted through other means will not be accepted. 3. Clarify that this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Radio Upgrade and Installation is in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business. --------------------------------- Please note: This requirement is being resolicited to replace Solicitation 1605C3-24-Q-0005 to add information inadvertently omitted in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section 1.4 and Instructions to Bidders. The added information is highlighted in yellow. All offerors that submitted quotations previously must re-submit a quotation to incorporate the added information in this solicitation and in order to be considered.
