This solicitation is canceled in its entirety, effective May 12, 2023. -------------------------------- The purpose of this amendment is to provide an extension to the response due date until 5/31/2023 at 17:00 ET. The answers to the submitted questions will be provided by a separate amendment on or around 5/12/2023. -------------------------------- This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the US Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Federal Employees’, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation (DFELHWC), Federal Employees’ Compensation Act Program (FECA) for non-personal services to manage and provide Directed Medical Services (DMS) - Referee Medical Examinations (RMEs) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the RFP terms and conditions. The contractor shall furnish Directed Medical Services (DMS) – Referee Medical Examinations (RMEs) for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) covered claimants in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation document (including all amendments/modifications) and the resulting contract. The covered claimants reside within the United States, its Possessions, Territories, and Trust Territories.
