The Department of Labor requires training, coaching, and assistance to YouthBuild grantees for successful program implementation. The period of performance includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The Contracting Officer intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to hold them. Registration with an "ACTIVE" status in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory for award consideration.
