Market research is being conducted to determine if there are potential businesses with the capacity and experience to perform the required work. This notice is not to be misconstrued as a Request for Proposal or Quotation. All information received in response to this Request for Information/Sources Sought that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. Information provided in response to this RFI is submitted voluntarily and is not being requested as part of a solicitation for actual pricing. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Request for Information (RFI).
