The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of the Employment Training Administration (ETA), Office of Job Corps (OJC), has a requirement to provide Solar Trades program for the OJC, as described further in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. DOL anticipates that this requirement will result in award of a Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) firm target type Contract. Eligible vendors shall provide technical and price proposals by the applicable due date. Any discount terms are highly encouraged. This is an unrestricted competition for NAICS Code 624310.
