The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of the Employment Training Administration (ETA) Office of Job Corps (OJC), has a requirement for Career Technical Training (CTT) services and support for the Plastering Trades in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. DOL anticipates that this requirement will result in award of a Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) (Firm Target) type contract. This is an unrestricted competition for NAICS Code 624310 (Vocational Rehabilitation Services) only. Eligible vendors shall provide technical and price proposals by the applicable due date per block 8 on this form. Any discount terms are highly encouraged.
