This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Proposal shall reference solicitation number 1605C2-23-R-00016. Operation of CTT programs at Job Corps Centers-Plumbing The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of the Employment Training Administration (ETA) Office of Job Corps (OJC), has a requirement for Career Technical Training (CTT) services and support for the plumbing trade in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. DOL anticipates that this requirement will result in award of a Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) (Firm Target) type contract. This is an unrestricted competition for NAICS Code 624310 (Vocational Rehabilitation Services) only. Eligible vendors shall provide technical and price proposals by the applicable due date per block 8 on this form. Any discount terms are highly encouraged.
