The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of the Employment Training Administration (ETA), Office of Job Corps (OJC), has a requirement to provide Brick and Tile program for the OJC, as described further in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. DOL anticipates that this requirement will result in an award of a Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) firm target type Contract. Eligible vendors shall provide technical and price proposals by the applicable due date. Any discount terms are highly encouraged. This is an unrestricted competition for NAICS Code 624310. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to revise the RFP, Section C, Part 1 General Information, Paragraph 1.6.5 Hours of Operation/Place of Performance, for the NTC Brick and Tile Trades. Amendment 0002 to RFP 1605C2-23-R-00010 is now posted to provide responses to all Pre-Solicitation Inquiry (or Submission of Solicitation Questions (SSQ)) Questions received.
