The Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of the Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Job Corps (OJC), has a requirement for Career Technical Training services and support for Heavy Construction in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. DOL anticipates that this requirement will result in an award of a Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) Firm Target type contract. Eligible vendors shall provide technical and price proposals by the applicable due date. Any discount terms are highly encouraged. Amendment 0001 to RFP 1605C2-23-R-00009 is now posted to provide responses to all Pre-Solicitation Inquiry (or Submission of Solicitation Questions (SSQ)) Questions received.
