The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Senior Procurement Executive, on behalf of the Employment Security Benefits Administration (EBSA) has a requirement to develop and create an Appendix to the Self-Insured Report to Congress The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement. . This Request for Proposal will result in a single award fixed price order. The base Period of Performance shall be for 12 months from the date of award. The contract will include four (4) option periods. The Period of Performance is as follows: Base Period: 9/30/2024 – 9/29/2025 Option Period I: 9/30/2025 – 9/29/2026 Option Period II: 9/30/2026 – 9/29/2027 Option Period III: 9/30/2027 – 9/29/2028 Option Period IV: 9/30/2028 – 9/29/2029 Questions must be submitted no later than Monday August 12, 2024 at 10.00AM EDT. PM EDT No phone calls will be accepted. Proposals are due no later than Monday, August 19, 2024. at 5:00pm EST. The Offeror’s proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the Delivery of Proposals section of this RFP. The Offeror’s proposal shall consist of three separate volumes. Files shall not contain classified data. The intention of this standardized format is not to limit creativity. Creativity is permitted within [Insert the appropriate volume/volumes and content].
