The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Senior Procurement Executive, on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration has a requirement for a Flash Point Tester. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide all equipment as per the Statement of Work included in the request for quotation. This Request for Quotation will result in a single award fixed price order. The period of performance will be delivery 90 days after award. Questions are due no later than Wednesday September 11, 2024 at 10:OO AM EDT. No phone calls will be accepted. Proposals are due no later than Friday September 13, 2024. at 10:00 AM EDT. Please send forward all specifications with any proposed equipment along with pricing.
