The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Solicitor (SOL) requires a full range of trial advocacy and advocacy related training, products, and related services involving all phases of litigation (from pre-trial work through appeals, negotiations training and training in writing skills), in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated contract will be a single award Indefinte Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13 and 16. The anticipated period of performance is one 12-month Base period and four 12-month Option periods. Questions must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions by August 17, 2023 at 3:00pm ET. Amendment 0001 - Extend the solicitation closing date to September 15, 2023 at 3:00pm ET.
