The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), has a requirement for a Dust Layer Ignition Temperature Tester in accordance with the attached solicitation. Delivery shall be made within 154 days of contract award. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. The products must meet the requirements of FAR 52.225-1 Buy American-Supplies. Questions are due by COB September 19, 2023. Quotes are due in accordance with Block 8 of the solicitation document.
