The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), has a requirement for a Digital Microscope System, as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor with preference given to small businesses. Delivery shall be made within 120 days of contract award. Questions must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions by 11:00 AM EST on 9/14/2023.
