The U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Cincinnati Technical Center (CTC) requires sampling pumps as described in the attached solicitation. Delivery is required 30 days from award. The products must meet the requirements of FAR 52.225-1 Buy American-Supplies. This award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The anticipated contract will be firm-fixed price. This is a small business set-aside. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable contractor. Vendors must submit the specifications of the proposed product demonstrating it meets the minimum technical requirements in addition to the pricing. Questions are due by COB September 12, 2023 at 3:00pm ET. Quotes are due in accordance with Block 8 of the solicitation.
